Do you have a dairy intolerance? Try this dairy-free, very simple yet tasty, recipe for a nutritious yogurt!
· 25g Vanilla flavoured ‘Phyto Protein – Pea Protein Isolate powder’
(available from most health food stores)
· 1 tbsp light coconut cream
· 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
· 5 tbsp water
· 2 brazil nuts
· Sprig of mint for decoration
Method: Combine first 5 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth! Decorate with a sprig of mint. Simple! 🙂
