Transform PT

This power smoothie is a great kickstart to the day, especially if you’re planning a training session!


Recipe

2 tsp Vital Greens (or you can use Spirulina – follow dosage on bottle.  Failing that, a handful of fresh spinach)

25g Phyto Protein – Pea Protein Isolate powder

1/4 tsp probiotics (choose a multistrain: Polybac-8 by Nutricare is a good brand)

 2 brazil nuts

 1/4 cup mixed frozen berries

 1 small banana

 1 tbsp rolled oats

 1tbsp good quality yogurt (any flavour but no added sugar or other additives)

 1 tbsp light coconut cream

3-5 tbs water – depending on how thick you like your smoothies

sprinkle of cinnamon

Put all in blender and you’re ready to go!   P.S.  Don’t let the colour put you off as the taste is worth it!
